Beyond their effective and continuous research work, Philippe and Pascale provided us with great moral and friendly support in this life project… Thanks to their patience and good humor in the face of our demands, the purchase of our first apartment became a reality.
The Paris real estate market is incredibly tough, so finding an apartment is a full-time job; you have to be super responsive, and I just didn’t have the time. After four months of unsuccessful self-searching, H2O was highly recommended to me, and I’m so glad I did! Being picky and having a relatively tight budget for Paris, H2O still managed to find me a gem, and I’m thrilled! The renovations have started on the apartment, and I can’t wait to move in.
H2O found my beautiful studio in less than 24 hours! But without their advice, I would never have made the right decision to buy it and I would have missed this incredible opportunity. From both a professional and personal point of view, the experience was a real pleasure!
Efficiency, speed, professionalism, attentiveness, support, and sound advice define H2O. Searching for my dream apartment with virtually no time to manage it myself, H2O found exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it, and even for less than my budget. It almost makes me want to do it all over again!
Excellent responsiveness, efficiency, and relevant research perfectly aligned with the stated criteria. The most valuable aspect for those residing abroad: their management of the entire purchase and rental process from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Thanks to H²O, I found a fantastic apartment in a great location. H²O also provided me with personalized advice and helped me understand the potential of this beautiful space at the time of purchase, before any renovations. I’m now thrilled with my lovely apartment, which I never would have found without them!
A friend recommended H²O to me, and now I’m happy to recommend you do the same. These real estate experts are truly passionate about their work and assisted me from the very beginning of my search until the day I signed the papers. They’ll also give you tips on negotiating, optimizing your purchase, analyzing property assessments, and more. Thank you to them!
After months of searching and numerous disappointments, having almost given up hope, I called H²O on a friend’s recommendation. They reassured me, guided me, and advised me with a big smile and boundless energy! Finding a property in Paris, especially a small one, requires tenacity, perseverance, and a good understanding of the real estate market. Thank you for helping me realize this wonderful project in just a few weeks.
H²O was a great help in my apartment search. They listened carefully to my needs and knew how to find properties that matched my requirements. Thank you so much for your efficiency and the time you saved me!
Recommended by a friend, we’ve already completed three projects with H2O and have been delighted each time. The last purchase project lasted almost two years! H2O never gave up despite the numerous viewings and budget revisions! They were attentive, kind, responsive, available, patient, and had a great ability to secure appointments with owners or agencies first. In short, they are invaluable partners whom we highly recommend to everyone we know. A huge thank you again for everything. And any future project will be done with H2O without hesitation!
